Spinal Adjustments -We utilize different types of spinal adjustments including manual or hands-on-care, and we use gentle Activator Techniques for sensitive spines. Other techniques include Thompson and Diversified.
Therapy - We offer multiple types of therapies as an adjunct to your care, including interferential, ultrasound therapy, microstim, heat or diathermy and cryotherapy.
Home Care - We offer training in exercise plans for spinal strengthening and conditioning. We use a computerized system to provide you a personal exercise plan with clear, concise descriptions and illustrations designed for your specific needs. We also offer nutrition information. Proper nutrition can be surprisingly helpful for spinal pain and joint pain.
X-ray - We have in office diagnostics, including a full x-ray suite so you won't have to go to another office just to get x-rays when needed.
Massage Therapy -We offer massage therapy within our clinic by professional massage therapist, Lori Flint. She is skilled in Relaxation or Swedish Massage, also in Deep Tissue Massage, Craniosacral and Aromatherapy.
Acupuncture - Acupuncture is an extremely effective alternative care treatment that we use especially for pain, fatigue, headaches and energy problems. It can be utilized for a multitude of other health issues including help for digestive problems, sinus problems, smoking cessation, weight loss, morning sickness, and more.
